These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of yakidoo.com, site managed by Yakidoo Corp., with its regional headquarters in Costa del Este, Panama City, Republic of Panama.

By browsing or using the site, you accept these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must stop using it.

When you access on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on its behalf in connection with the use of the site.

The site features general information about Yakidoo, its information management services, automation, artificial intelligence, associated technologies, educational content, experience, and ways to contact.

Its content is for informational and commercial purposes. Does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity, or compliance advice, and it does not replace a professional evaluation of the specific case.

The publication of a capability, product, certification, or alliance does not imply that it is available under the same conditions in all countries, projects, or operational centers.

You can browse, consult content, download expressly enabled materials, and contact Yakidoo for legitimate purposes related to your professional activity.

It is not allowed:

You may quote or share links to the content without altering it or claiming authorship. Any substantial reproduction, adaptation, commercial distribution, or trademark use requires prior written authorization.

The site may link to pages, documents, videos, networks, scheduling systems, or platforms managed by third parties. These resources are offered to provide information or a specific action.

An inquiry, diagnosis, demonstration, download, preliminary proposal, or exchange carried out through the site does not by itself create a contractual relationship nor does it force Yakidoo to provide a service.

The scope, deliverables, licenses, pricing, taxes, service levels, responsibilities, information processing, ownership of deliverables, and other conditions of a project are established in the accepted proposal, work order, contract, or equivalent document.

We work to keep the site useful, secure, and up to date, but it may contain errors, omissions, or information that changes over time. It may also be interrupted due to maintenance, technical failures, security issues, or causes beyond our control.

Yakidoo may modify, reorganize, remove, or update content and functionality without prior notice. When a decision depends on a specification, price, certification, regional availability, or technical condition, it must be confirmed directly with Yakidoo before acting.

To the extent permitted by law, Yakidoo shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general content on the site, nor for damages caused by third-party services, external interruptions, third-party malware, use contrary to these terms, or information provided inaccurately by the user.

Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally limited, nor does it affect mandatory rights belonging to the user. The liabilities associated with a contracted service are governed by the applicable contract.

You must not attempt to compromise the site's security or use forms to share credentials, malware, or confidential information that Yakidoo has not requested. For sensitive project documents, an appropriate channel will be enabled when necessary.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of Panama, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply due to the nature of the user or the matter.

Before initiating a formal claim, the parties shall seek to resolve the situation in good faith through direct contact. If this is not possible, the controversy shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, services, or regulations. The current version will be published here with its update date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The fact that Yakidoo does not enforce a provision at any given time does not constitute a waiver.
