Yakidoo Corp., with its regional headquarters in Costa del Este, Panama City, Republic of Panama, is responsible for the personal data processed through yakidoo.com and its commercial channels.
For privacy inquiries or to exercise your rights, you can use the contact form. Indicate in the subject line that this is a privacy request so that it can be directed to the appropriate team.

It applies to site visitors, prospects, clients, suppliers, company representatives, and other individuals who contact or maintain a professional relationship with Yakidoo.
This policy covers the website and channels managed by Yakidoo. Third-party products and platforms that we link to or integrate with may have their own policies; where applicable, we will indicate which ones apply.

Do not send sensitive data, files, credentials, or confidential documents through general forms. Yakidoo will indicate a secure channel when a project requires it.

Transfers and international operation.
Yakidoo operates regionally and may rely on teams, suppliers, or partners located outside of Panama, including professional operations in Mexico and Germany. Therefore, some data may be processed from other countries.
When there is an international transfer, we will apply the measures required by Panamanian regulations, such as processing agreements, contractual clauses, access controls, and an assessment of the applicable level of protection.
How long we keep the information.
We retain the data only for the time necessary for the informed purpose and to comply with legal, contractual, accounting, security, or claim defense obligations.
- Inquiries and opportunities are retained while they are being handled and for a reasonable period to provide follow-up.
- Contractual and supplier information is retained for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods.
- Consent-based communications continue until you withdraw your authorization or request to unsubscribe.
- Cookies and similar technologies follow the periods shown in the preferences panel or established by their provider.
Then, the data is securely deleted, anonymized, or blocked, as appropriate.
How we protect data.
We apply technical, organizational, and administrative measures proportional to the risk, including access control, permission management, communications protection, backups, monitoring, and confidentiality obligations.

Minors, changes, and how to contact us.
Minors
Yakidoo's site and services are directed at organizations and professionals. We do not intentionally seek to collect data from minors through this site. If we detect that any has been received without valid authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices, services, or legal requirements change. We will post the current version on this page and indicate its update date. When the change is material, we will endeavor to communicate it prominently.

Applicable protection framework.
This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable Panamanian legislation on the protection of personal data, including:
- Law 81 of March 26, 2019, on Personal Data Protection.
- Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021, which regulates Law 81.
If a mandatory rule grants greater protection, that rule shall prevail.
